I have contacted the company about buying it in the States. I have a Beagle w/horrible skin; he is a very happy dog, a foster here for almost two years but his skin smells of yeast, he is low thyroid for which he receives meds and I do have him on a salmon diet. Hopefully, Mins can help him w/this product :).
Muzzle has checked and this can be bought outside of the UK. There are some stockists listed on the website she thinks, but you can also email the company for a quote to include shipping.

Wow! Recommended by Minnie. That stuff will be flying off the shelves. maybe PeeWee should try some because he does get dry skin itchies.
