Time to make Muzzle smile

Muzzle has been very, very sad since we had to say goodbye to dear Cassie. We have been taking Muzzle out for walks and this week she felt up to taking some photos of me playing chase/bounce with one of my brothers. He is 11 and still up for playing :) She also took a little video clip. Hope you enjoy.

Fun Friday

Muzzle took this video of me running around with one of my brothers today - we have great fun together when we do this and Muzzle loves to watch us :-)

Wordless (Silly Walks) Wednesday

Fun Times

Had a lovely walk today, met a little dog we meet sometimes and we had a good sniff and a play together and then a chill out. Muzzle said I was good and just used a firm paw to put him in his place when he was jumping at my face - she said it wasn't his fault he is so little and couldn't reach without jumping LOL.

We stopped for a rest while Muzzle and Daddy were talking with the little one's mum and Muzzle thought this made a really cute photo.


Then I had another play with my brother - Muzzle said it was good to see me being my usual calm self ...


LOL, she calls it my enthusiasm for life and loves me (lots) for it.

Happy Birthday Sno!

It's my brother's birthday today, he's ten. He's lived here for just over five years, so longer than me, since he was adopted from rescue, just like I was. He's my buddy, we like running together.

Wordless Wednesday

Sun's back!

After all the rain we had yesterday, the sun came back today - yay! We had a run around in the field, but Muzzle made sure we didn't get too hot.

If the sun's back, we'll have to go out earlier again tomorrow!

Early walks

We're going out for earlier walks than usual because it's so hot here (well hot for us Brits anyway, Muzzle said!).

I had a bit of a run around this morning before it got too hot:


and then my brother caught the scent of something. Not sure what.

It was a really nice walk and we got home before it got *too* hot.

Also, I've told Muzzle to start her own blog so she can use it for more of her photos. She will still including photos of me on it though - after all I'm her star model!

New friends

My brother has been making some new friends - there's a lovely yellow lab who he had a game of chase with - though she's not strictly a new friend as I had a fantastic run around with her a few weeks ago.


Then they met up with a black lab boy and did fun sniffy stuff ...


And then he met a little dog and they said hello:

And then a lovely Poodle we've met before - she likes to tell you she would like a treat please - and NOW!

Muzzle also took this photo of the yellow Lab, which we think is beautiful. It was quite early (for Muzzle!), the sun was just coming out from behind the clouds and the grass was still wet from the night before.

Cows in our field!

Yes that's right, there are cows in one of our fields. Well it's not strictly our field but it feels like it and now they've moved cows in again. Woe. My brother told me as I am house-bound for a few weeks, so he's helping Muzzle with photos for my blog.

Here's the evidence:

After seeing the cows, Sno went down to the stream to have a drink.

They had a walk round the fields that were free - he had this whole field to himself:

and was most excited, so had a good charge around for a bit ...

What fun on a lovely sunny day, wish I could have gone too. And a nice tree letting them stop in its shade for a moment.

They did get a bit wet as the skies opened on the way home though. He he!
