You Gotta Roll With It ...

That's what my collie brother was thinking yesterday anyway! Muzzle took lots of photos and was really relieved to find it was just grass he was rolling in, after the fox pooh episode earlier this week!

He had a fab roll around ...



Though he did seem to lose his head at one point!

But thankfully found it again :)

Muzzle said you wouldn't guess that there's nearly nine years between us!

My brother likes to do lots of sniffing - Muzzle says it's to try to find nasty things to roll in! I've been having a good sniff about too.


The more observant amongst you will note that the last two photos are not of us!

We saw this lovely pair yesterday, chilling out in a field:


And when Muzzle called me the other day on a walk, she startled this Heron which suddenly flew up from the stream. She hadn't realised the bird was there, but managed to focus the camera quickly enough to get this photo :)


The very unreliable weather people have apparently been saying the nice weather is over, which is a shame as we've been enjoying the sunshine, but we'll see. They're quite often wrong. Muzzle says the best way to check the weather is to look out of the window/step outside, rather than read the weather report.

Someone recently said if you don't like the weather (in Britain), wait a minute. She says that's very true!
